For All return requests, please apply NO later than 15 days from delivery date, to avoid any disappointment.

Products must be in unused condition with packaging and tags attached.

Please allow 3 business days to process packages received. after processing, the refund will be processed excluding any shipping cost.


    Refunds (if applicable) 

    We will gladly offer a Refund with NO questions asked if you are ever not satisfied with the product. All claims MUST be made within 15 days of delivery. any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions.

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow couple of days for processing your refund. 

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here to provide you with the appropriate return address.
