When does MooMenn Customer Protection apply?
You're covered under MooMenn Customer Protection when:
- You don't receive an item within 30 Days from the Order Shipping Date
- You receive an item that doesn't match its description in the listing
- You receive an item that's broken or faulty
If you encounter any of the listed above, you may report the problem to us via email on care@moomenn.com but note that we cannot guarantee a refund until the investigation is complete.
