Unfortunately, we cannot make size changes or additions to existing orders. if a size change is needed, please email us with the order number and request an order cancellation.
The order can be cancelled allowing customers to reorder the preferred size and/or add additional items. please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order ships. products shipping & delivery depends on the dispatching warehouse they come from. Local post office delivery delays are rare but can happen especially during busy sales seasons and they are not controlled by MOOMENN.
Please note, some high-value orders may require a signature for delivery. if an attempted delivery notice is left by your local post office, please follow up with them directly for redelivery or pickup instructions.
MOOMENN cannot schedule redelivery attempts.
Our seller and buyer protection policies do not allow for address changes. please double-check the address before completing the order at check out, making sure flat, apt, unit or suite numbers are included.
If an address was entered in error, pleaseΒ email usΒ with the order number and cancellation request. we will cancel the order allowing customers to reorder and input the corrected information. please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We will gladly offer a hassle Free return within 15 days of delivery. customer must process their return request through our Resolution CenterΒ hereΒ -Β within this time frame.
Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s). We do not offer Exchanges or Returns on shoes, Headwear, Accessories or undergarments.
We do not hold items for purchase. all purchases are on a first-come basis.
Please allow 3 business days to process the packages received. after processing, the refund will be processed excluding any shipping cost.
We will gladly offer a Refund with NO questions asked if you are ever not satisfied with the product.
All claimsΒ MUST be made within 15 days of delivery. any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, with no exceptions. pleaseΒ contact us hereΒ and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.Β
If applicable once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow a couple of days to process your refund.Β

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before updating. if an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, please get in touch with us here
In most cases we do not, however, there are situations where we have a limited restock. all release and restock information are sent via our mailing list and social media. we suggest signing up for the mailing list for product re-release updates. signing up is the best way to stay current on all pending releases and other updates.
