COVID-19 Update

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We currently run with Limited Stocks due to the Covid-19 regulations restricting the number of staff, to insure full parameters of safety applied at every step of the production, which means that we only able to produce One Stock per Collection.

We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We have increased our shipping days from 2 days per week to 4 days per week to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless the specific product description states otherwise.

For most Products it's 2-3 Working Days, and for All Products Starting with "MOO" the shipping is

USA - 6-8 business days
Canada - 7-10 business days
Europe - 7-10 business days
Other Countries - 10-25 business days

Customer Protection

When does MooMenn Customer Protection apply?

You're covered under MOOMENN Customer Protection when:

You don't receive an item within 90 Days from the Order Shipping Date
You receive an item that doesn't match its description in the listing
You receive an item that's broken or faulty

If you encounter any of the listed above, you may report the problem to us via email on care@moomenn.com but note that we cannot guarantee a refund until the investigation is complete.

Muslim Men's Embroidered Long Thobe Kamees Sham QL in Cream

The thobe is really nice and comfortable. The tech fleece style hood makes it even better. However, the side parts at the bottom reveal the knees, so i have to wear trousers or ¾ shorts underneath it would be much better without this.

Colour is not the same as the picture, and when I asked to return one,I was advised no refund or exchanges on sale items, which I did not see or read anywhere. So, I won't be buying any more items 😕
